This annual fundraising dinner, in aid of Chefs Adopt a School, teams star Academicians with students from top catering colleges to stage a unique gastronomic evening whilst giving the students some invaluable hands on experience. This year featuring Adam Byatt, Chef Patron Trinity Restaurant; Ben Gielen, Head Chef, The Royal Automobile Club; Judy Joo, Executive Chef, The Playboy Club; and David Sharland, Head Chef, The Seafood Restaurant, alongside students from University College Birmingham, University of West London, Westminster Kingsway College and Bournemouth and Poole College.
