Think Food and Farming is the long-term project, run by FACE (Farming and Countryside Education) which aims to educate children and young people about food and farming in a sustainable countryside.

This project continues the legacy of the Year of Food and Farming, which was launched in September 2007 by His Royal Highness, The Prince of Wales, retaining the aim to "promote healthy living by offering young people direct experience of the countryside, farming and food".

As with Chefs Adopt a School, Think Food and Farming links up really well with several different subjects in the National Curriculum such as PSHE, Science, Design & Technology and Geography.

The Academy of Culinary Arts fully supports Think Food and Farming and uses its resources and contacts from Chefs Adopt a School and the Mutton Renaissance to help teach children more about the journey from farm to fork.
